Service delivery

Zeppli is software delivered online. There is nothing physical to ship: no goods are sent by post or courier, and there is no shipping charge. This page explains how and when the service reaches you.

The demonstration

You give Zeppli your website address and confirm your WhatsApp number by sending it one message. The demonstration assistant is built from your website in about two minutes, and you message it on WhatsApp from your own phone. It answers 30 messages over 7 days, and only the number that registered it. It is a demonstration, not a plan, and nothing is paid for it.

A paid plan

Checkout is not open on this site yet. Until it is, a plan is arranged by writing to support@paizah.com, and nothing is charged before you have agreed to it.

Your plan is billed from the day you pay, and we start setting up your assistant on the day payment is received. The assistant runs on your own WhatsApp Business number, on your own account with Meta, and connecting that number is part of the service rather than a delay before it.

Connecting a number needs Meta to approve it, including your display name and business profile. Meta decides how long its review takes, so we do not promise a time for it. We tell you by email at each step, and what we need from you, if anything.

Where the service is delivered

The service is delivered wherever WhatsApp works, to your customers on your own number. Meta bills you directly for the messages sent on it, under its own pricing, and Zeppli adds nothing to that charge. Prices for each plan are on the pricing page.

These pages describe Zeppli as it works today, without a self-serve console. Cancellation and account requests go through support@paizah.com until the console exists. When it does, some of this will move there, and we will tell current customers before it does.
