Terms

These terms govern your use of Zeppli, a WhatsApp assistant that answers your customers' questions from your own website, running on your own WhatsApp Business number. Zeppli is operated by Paizah Global Solutions Private Limited, an Indian company (CIN U62090KL2024PTC090738, GSTIN 32AAPCP2364Q1ZT), registered office USRA 95, Udharasiromani Road, Vellayambalam, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala 695010, India, with a place of business at T.C. 25/704(1), Suffis Arcade, Kesavadasapuram Road, Kurunganoor Jn, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala 695004, India. By using Zeppli you agree to these terms.

The service

Zeppli reads your website and builds a WhatsApp assistant that answers your customers in your own words, on your own WhatsApp Business number. It answers from what your website says, and it is meant to say so plainly when an answer is not on your site rather than guess.

Price

Pricing lives on the pricing page and nowhere else on this site, so it can never disagree with itself. The price you agree when your plan starts is the price you pay for that term, plus tax where it applies. A monthly plan is billed each month at the monthly price. An annual plan is billed once, up front, for 12 months at the annual price. A plan is billed from the day you pay, not from the day your number goes live: getting it approved by Meta is part of the service, and billing does not pause while Meta reviews your number, display name or business profile. If we change what we charge, the change reaches you at your next renewal and not before, and we tell you before that renewal so you can decide. Refunds and cancellation are covered on the refunds page.

There is no checkout on this site yet. Today the only thing you can do here is build a demonstration assistant. Until checkout exists, a plan is arranged by writing to support@paizah.com, and nothing is charged before you have agreed to it.

Who is responsible for your customers' data

When your customers message your assistant, you are the data fiduciary for that data and Zeppli is the processor. You decide why that data is collected and what is done with it. We process it only to run the service you asked for, under your instructions and this agreement, and we do not use it for any purpose of our own. If one of your customers asks to see, correct or delete their data, that request is yours to answer. Where you ask us to delete a conversation, we will carry it out.

What you are responsible for

  • The accuracy of the content on your own website, since the assistant answers from it.
  • Keeping your WhatsApp Business number and your Meta business account in good standing.
  • Having a lawful basis, and your own privacy notice, for using an automated assistant to talk to your customers.
  • Telling your customers they are talking to an automated assistant, where that is required of you.

What we do not promise

  • We do not promise the assistant is right about everything. It answers only from your website, and it can still be wrong or refuse when it should not be.
  • We do not promise a specific uptime figure. We run the service on a reasonable efforts basis.
  • We are not responsible for mistakes in the content on your own website that the assistant repeats back.
  • We do not control Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, and cannot promise it will not change its own pricing, policy or availability.

Meta bills you separately

Every plan runs on your own WhatsApp number. Meta bills you directly for the messages sent on it, under its own WhatsApp Business pricing. That charge is separate from what you pay us, and we do not add anything on top of it.

Changes and law

We may update these terms as the service changes. The version on this page is the one that applies each time you use Zeppli, except your price, which is fixed for your term as set out above. These terms are governed by the laws of India.

These pages describe Zeppli as it works today, without a self-serve console. Cancellation and account requests go through support@paizah.com until the console exists. When it does, some of this will move there, and we will tell current customers before it does.
